Information notice (Art. 13 GDPR)
In accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, hereinafter: the "Regulation"), we inform you that:
Who is the data controller?

What are the purposes of processing?
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- sending an offer based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — you may withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
- concluding an agreement for a financial or insurance product based on your interest in our offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- performing an agreement for a financial or insurance product where one has been concluded (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on FINANSE AGNIESZKA ŻUREK, in particular anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing obligations, and obligations under tax and accounting law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- analytical purposes — better matching of services to client needs, optimisation of service processes (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- archival and evidentiary purposes as a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- possible establishment, pursuit, or defence of claims as a legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To whom do we disclose data?
Personal data may be disclosed to processors acting on behalf of the controller (e.g. IT service providers, accounting firms) and to entities entitled to receive it under applicable law (supervisory authorities, courts). Data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
How long do we retain data?
Data processed on the basis of consent — until the consent is withdrawn. Data processed for the purpose of entering into or performing a contract — for the duration of the contract and the limitation period for claims. Data processed under legal obligations — for the period required by law (usually 5 years from the end of the tax year).
What are your rights?
Under the Regulation you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- erasure of your data (right to be forgotten),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability (in cases provided for in the Regulation),
- object to processing,
- withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing),
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
Is providing data mandatory?
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform a contract or to respond to an enquiry. Failure to provide data will make it impossible to fulfil the above purposes.
